So these reviews are true . I’m never going in there ever again. Shriveled up food in all the stainless containers . Really ??? This place has come to this ? Meatloaf looked like dog meat . Better step up your game .Zero stars if applicable .

I have been to BM many many times in different cities and states. This is the worst place I have been to. Mashed with gravy tastes nasty as well as corn. This place should be closed soon. Oh I know, I have a feeling. If I could leave a -17 STARS.

My dad and I went to eat there. We ordered plenty of food. Chicken was pink and had blood oozing from the middle. Mac and cheese was ok. Mashed potatoes were terrible and the veggies tasted old. I was truly skeeved out from liking at the chicken. And I even asked for it to be cooked longer and still blood inside. Never again.

Haven't had Boston market in a long. Was kind of excited to go eat there again after such a long time. Something told me to walk out after I looked at the food. But I thought what the heck I'll give it a shot. The macaroni and cheese wasn't even edible. It has so much salt on it it was gross. The spinach was nasty and overdone. The sweet potato casserole I wouldn't even buy it looked completely horrible. Steamed we're hard as a rock. Turkey was so dry you couldn't even eat it. Huge waste of $42. Never again.

Food and service was good, they had to overcome my first impression of this place as it appears the overall business has declined and multiple things need remediation such as Drive Thru broken, could use a good cleaning, lacking the standard soda machine (however they are carrying drinks via a mini fridge.)The General Manager was forth coming and pleasant in providing my family service. Wishing them the best in a long road ahead to turning the establishment around. Personally it's better than the traditional fast food places, would prefer Boston Market over the other establishments.

Will never be back. Only rotisserie chicken and meatloaf available at 3p. No fountain sodas. Atreat alternatives are disappointing. No trays available to dine in. Gravy for potatoes have no flavor.

We ordered dinner through the Boston Market app and when we received the order we did not get what we ordered. My husband called and spoke with the “manager” Jules who was rude and not once apologized for the issue. She stated that over half of what we ordered they did not carry so they arbitrarily decided what to replace it with. We proceeded to go to the store and again she was rude and not until I pointed out that she had not apologized did she half heartedly apologize. Also while there I noticed how dirty and run down the place is. The food looked like it had been sitting there all day. I do not recommend this place even for our pets.

Food was OK but everything was broken, the drive through, the lobby menu screens, the soda machines... I mean what the hell happened to this place. Floors were sticky, most food was empty. 2 employees who were not presentable, no gloves, hairnets, etc. Sad to see.

Very bad argued with manager, told me to leave so I told him, to leave then I left, that's the best I could do. For the people who got there food; congratulations. You are the winner, in gamble; on going in.

Pathetic place. How do you try to serve old Mac and cheese to 2 of the 3 people. Then put new mac and cheese in old dish. Corn bread looked like plopped dough. No turkey, no green beans, no mash potatoes or salad. Waste of a Friday drive. PS Are you going out of business? If not this place will expedite it.

This place was horrible. Only two things on the menu chicken and meatloaf only 3 sides NO ice teas or lemonade only soda. Chicken to dry, mash potatoes to much pepper, mac and cheese all gross. Floor was sticky. What a dump really went downhill, never again!

My sister bought a half a chicken for me this morning when she was in the area of Cedar Crest. I just opened the bag and got ready to eat. It was embarrassing to see what we received. This is very upsetting considering what she paid. I called to see if this could be rectified, but no one answered ??

This specific resturant seems to enjoy accepting orders and then waiting 15-20 minutes to tell you that they do not have the items you ordered in stock. I would never recomment this restaurant to anyone, unless you want to gamble on getting your food. It's a joke that a business would accept an order on doordash and wait the time previously mentioned, for the dasher to call you and tell you they didn't even start you order.

I was very excited to see a Boston Market! In our travels we hardly ever run across one. I was driving home in our new temporary location and happened to spot one not far from our new digs. I was able to safely make my way back to the shopping center where it was located. Upon entering I was greeted by the employee behind the counter and also greeted by the familiar delicious smell! The restaurant seemed rather empty, but that may have been because it was between lunch and dinner. Very excited, I stepped up to order my favorite dish, a bowl with mashed potatoes and corn, topped with turkey and gravy... My mouth was already watering!Unfortunately, I was informed that they have no turkey, haven't had it since Thanksgiving, and probably won't get it again, if ever, as a regular menu item. *Sadness* I instead got chicken as a replacement, still a delicious option, but not my favorite. The two employees were very apologetic and understanding. I left with two of the bowls, one for me and one for my wife, as well as cornbread and a small side of sweet potato casserole. We enjoyed it all thoroughly, but it wasn't the same Boston Market comfort food we had hoped for.Fast forward to several weeks later. We again had a craving for Boston Market deliciousness. I trekked over to our rare local restaurant with anticipation of getting the same as last time (knowing full well that chicken was the only option.) This time during ordering, I was again disappointed that after having the bowls constructed, when I asked for gravy, as the counterperson was wrapping things up. I was informed that like the turkey described above, they didn't have any gravy, and they weren't sure that they would be getting any back in stock, and it may not longer be a regular menu option... *Gasps* How can you not have gravy for the chicken??? I was offered some sauce that had a yellowish color that resembles hollandaise sauce, I declined, and completed my order by ordering cornbread., Which they comped as a gravyless consolation gift. At least that was nice, I appreciate the gesture. On the way home, I stopped at a local grocery store and grabbed some gravy for our meals. Not ideal, but sufficient.I doubt that we will go back, it's just not the same anymore. I am aware that Boston Market has had its problems as a company, it my opinion that based on the experience and forecasting, we won't bother going back anytime soon, if at all.
