Stopped here for lunch while in town to visit the Allentown Art Museum. Excellent sandwiches, with generous portions (those served on long rolls are enough for two meals!) and terrific rolls (an often overlooked, but crucial element of any sandwich). I have severe allergies and Maria went above and beyond to make sure everything was sanitized before making my sandwich + confirmed multiple times about what I needed to stay away from to keep me safe. 10/10 experience!!
