I went there before a Phantoms game and the staff seemed disorganized and borderline disinterested. It took an inordinate amount of time for them to acknowledge my presence; not to mention bring me something as simple as a glass of water ( which came after I received my sandwich).
I got my entree before I got the soup and the fries, and it seemed to take forever and a day for those to come. While I will go back to the PPL Center I will not go back here.
The best place to go to eat before any Lehigh Valley Phantoms hockey game servers are nice and friendly food is always warm and fresh
Very slow service! After being seated we waited a good 15-20 until our waitress came over to take our order while she was drinking her own drink. Most of our food came out cold or not what we even ordered. Also had to ask multiple time for refills that she forgot to bring us. Others around us were complaining too! It was like we were all on Canon camera! Very bad experience that we will never eat there again !!!! Do better PPL Center! Poor management!

Chickie’s & Pete’s near the PPL Center is a solid choice for a meal. The server provided amazing service, making the experience great. The food was perfect, though slightly pricey. The atmosphere is better on non-game nights, as it can get crowded. Regulars may get favored on game nights, but overall they do a good job for everyone.
