Filthy store. Just disgusting. Every table dirty, trash bins overflowing—seems to be the trend of all the chipotle locations in the Lehigh Valley...Food was…meh. My wife was super excited for guac and ended up getting bland, brown, not even mashed (three large chunks of rock-hard avocado…) guac. Contacted Chipotle about this, we got a response of “we’ll look into it” and then got ghosted and never heard anything backDo yourself a favor and just avoid it altogether. We won’t be back.Edit: since I can’t respond to the response, we DID already contact customer service and were ghosted. Can I take my star away and make it zero stars now?

I went at 4pm on a Monday and the place was not busy at all. The staff first ignored me as I stood at the front of the line for sometime arguing over who was going to be the one serving next. Then the entire time I was telling them my order they tried to rush me. Then the cashier was rude and short spoken as well. Not sure what everyone’s issue was, not a single smiling person in that place.

This place is absolutely worst when it comes to the service, operations and cleanliness.Extremely slow service, I stood in line for 10 mins. When my turn came the lady said, we ran out of black beans you have to wait 10 mins. No remorse no sorry. I had to remind her since beans came please give me my meal, and this time peppers / onions were out. Again no sorry, no remorse, it was almost the attitude “it is what is” take it or leave it.Worst operations, there was 9 members in the kitchen. No one out there to clean tables or take garbage. Absolute junk. It’s a place where you get sick due to lack of hygiene.Not coming back

This has happened to me 3-4 times now. This place is somehow always out of fajitas. I wonder how you would not make enough for your dinner rush. Either they are lazy not to cut the veggies or they do not want more business at this location. I know at least 10 more people who have stopped going to chipotle and just go to next door pick up pizza.

I grew up in the restaurant business it takes a lot for me to say something …8 o’clock on a Friday and trash on every table. Waited forever inline and out of queso and chips. Food everywhere on counter and mixed within bins. Girl at the cash register was more worried about leaving than helping and actually ringing people out. The whole time, the couple infront of me kept asking each other if they wanted to just go to Wawa. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough and don’t plan on going back. Disgusting.

I ordered pick up. A nice guy asked for the name in my order which I gave but they didn’t know how it was spell I guess, since they said that they can’t find it. While I tried to look for the confirmation number, I told them what my order was. And a girl got closer to see the info in the email and “corrected” the pronunciation of MY name and told me the order had only chicken, not steak. To which I show the instructions and she answered “idk what you put there open it”. She doesn’t need to know the right pronunciation of my name or everything I put in my order but doesn’t need to be talking with attitude.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! This was the final straw for me! Idk what happened to this location but it’s a dump now. Food ain’t even that great and they hardly put any meat on and always load it with sour cream. Today, my sour cream was stuck all over the lid and plopped off onto my pants when I opened it. Complete waste. If they can’t keep their dining area clean, I can’t even imagine what it looks like back where they cook and handle their food ?

If I could leave ZERO stars I would, I placed my order as usual, I ask for double carne asada and the employee shakes the spoon so the meat falls out and it looks like 1 serving, I ask another employee if it looks like double he says yes and he's red and agitated by my question, because he was bothered by my question I just continue with my order which seems to be going fine now, And then I request guac and he turns around and takes my bowl to the back and I'm like where are you going with my food? I ask the employee at the register and he shrugs his shoulders, I wait and he returns and closes the bowl, I ask where did you go with my food he says to get the guac, I'm like I wanted it on the side, he's like "you didn't say that", I explain you didn't give me the chance, and he proceeds to make it seem like he's going to scoop it out saying "oh well it's on the cover anyway" he's upset and his demeanor is extremely rude, so I tell him can someone else do my order because I no longer want this, he's upset making smart remarks, I continue explaining he took my food to the back he probably spit on it or something, he turns around and yells" we aren't serving her" now his "Manager" comes to the front "Kirt" yelling at me saying how could you say that he spit on your food, repeatedly attacking me, without asking what the problem was to begin with. It was such a horrible experience and felt extremely condescending because it was a team of guys and no one took the time to address his behavior or address what the problem may have been. The staff member was hostile and rude and dismissive. And the other staff pretended like nothing was happening while the manager repeatedly attacked me. I'm definitely bringing this Chipotle's corporate, this should never happen to any customer. Btw there was a dead rat right in front of the business. The staff that's hired seems unbothered and ruthless. I wish them luck on their future endeavors. Their lucky Chipotle considered them as employees.

This place was FILTHY today.... food all over the tables, all over the floor, garbage cans completely overflowing.... it was disgusting. I've never been to a Chipoltle before.... and if they're all like this, i don't think i will be back. I'd rather not get sick ??

Surprisingly fresh and good food. As far as chain restaurants is definitely one of the higher tiered restaurants. No doubt about that. A young but friendly staff.

Food was good but the “soon to be manager” was quick to get customers out the door. I was seriously rushed the whole time. My wife asked for extra sour cream and he put just a drop of sour cream. Not exaggerating that. There is another chipotle near by, go there.
