I went at 4pm on a Monday and the place was not busy at all. The staff first ignored me as I stood at the front of the line for sometime arguing over who was going to be the one serving next. Then the entire time I was telling them my order they tried to rush me. Then the cashier was rude and short spoken as well. Not sure what everyone’s issue was, not a single smiling person in that place.
This place is absolutely worst when it comes to the service, operations and cleanliness.Extremely slow service, I stood in line for 10 mins. When my turn came the lady said, we ran out of black beans you have to wait 10 mins. No remorse no sorry. I had to remind her since beans came please give me my meal, and this time peppers / onions were out. Filthy store. Just disgusting. Every table dirty, trash bins overflowing—seems to be the trend of all the chipotle locations in the Lehigh Valley...Food was…meh.
