Connie's Cakes and Cookies

I turned up wet and bedraggled after having cycled 26 miles to Melton Mowbray in monsoon like rain. Conni was very welcoming and even let me bring my bike inside. Her lovely daughter gave me a huge slice of their chocolate, Coffee and vanilla cake which I had with a Chai Latte. Both Connie and her daughter go out of their way to treat each customer exceptionally well as they are so very warm and friendly. Also, my favourite colour is Pink Conni, so I absolutely adored your colour scheme. Thank you both. I would definitely recommend a visit to this little independent cake shop. Thank you.

Ordered a custom cake for my wife’s birthday. Connie absolutely nailed it!! The cake was beautiful. Her attention to detail is amazing. Couldn’t believe how perfect it was just based on a picture I sent her. The cake itself was delicious. Exactly what I requested only better than I could have imagined. My wife totally loved it!!!! The Pokémon birthday cake for my son was delicious and adorable! The birthday boy absolutely loved the design—such a big hit! The cake was moist and so good! My other son that usually only eats chocolate cake actually ate this vanilla cake and loved it. It was very reasonably priced as well. I’ll definitely order from Connie again.
