“I have been getting my cakes here for the last 3 years, 3 weeks ago my kids had the flu and I had to cancel my 9 year olds’ birthday party and cancel his cake order a day before the party. I understand the cancellation policy and understand that I won’t be refunded for the late cancellation.On a wimp I messaged them at 10pm on December 30th, the night before his postponed party date hoping they may have a Roblox cake available. They said they didn’t. And then messaged me in the morning telling me they had an extra cake in the freezer that matched our previously ordered flavor and they would try to make the cake before the party as they were busy that morning and were making no promises. Not only did they go out of their way to try when they had no obligation to but they decorated his cake exactly how we ordered it and had it ready for us.This type of service is unheard of. The owner even messaged me later that day and apologized for not greeting my son and I when we picked it up. Unheard of. I’m amazed by their humanity and incredibly grateful for them. Thank you so much for adding some magic to our holiday season. I was still going to hire them for future celebrations after learning about the cancellation policy because I understand business and they’ve always been amazing and this just solidified my stance and I will tell everyone where to buy cakes and treats. Oh and their cakes taste amazing. They have a customer for life.“

Service was great, and of course, the most important thing, the cake was delicious and moist, and the buttercream icing was one of the best I have ever tasted. “This place is fantastic. Bought donuts the one weekend and they were dry like they were day olds. The cake we ordered for Easter was definitely a bit over baked. The edges were actually crunchy. Frosting was good. And they say they are going to call you back about an issue and don’t. Plus some of the staff could use some people skills. If this is the kind of place you want to deal with? All I can say it’s not like it use to be. Staff? Please don’t try to dance your way out of this. Best thing to do is fix your problems. You should actually be ashamed to sell a cake like that and smile as you present it to the customer.“
“This is probably the best bakery bar-none outside of any town I've ever been to in my life. The staff is absolutely genuine and wonderful and kind and I would go here every day of the week if I could to eat but they don't serve restaurant style typically. “My wonderful husband surprised me with a customized sprinkle baby cake. He knows I LOVE playing pickleball even at 34 weeks pregnant. I especially loved my cake because it showcased the pickleball paddle I play with! ? My vanilla and raspberry baby Pickleball cake was so beautiful, moist, and very delicious. Even after a few days in the fridge, the cake stayed moist and yummy! The details and lettering on the cake were gorgeous! I received so many compliments on the look and taste.
