I placed an order through Doordash for delivery. I ordered the Bistec sandwich with fries and 2 beef and cheese patties. I asked for the Bistec sandwich to be made without mayo cause am allergic to it. When I received my order there was mayo on the sandwich. There was barely any meat on it either. It was mostly lettuce and tomato on it. I contacted Doordash and they would not refund me for the item. Therefore, I paid for a sandwich I can not eat.

I would not recommend ordering from here again. As someone with Latin heritage, I was genuinely disappointed with the food. The chicharrón de pollo, both bone-in and boneless, was far from enjoyable—lacking that desirable crispy texture and overly saturated with salt. The white rice was disappointingly mushy, resembling more of a porridge than a well-cooked side dish. To make matters worse, I did not receive my chicken sandwich, despite having already paid for it. Do better!!

Good taste amazing, very affordable, but noticed way too much grease. Ordered takeout and within 5 mins, you would think someone poured oil into the bag. Food was great but the oil was too much, turned into a very messy meal.
Great place to grab food & go! They hook you up with lots of food per container. Great bang for your buck!
