David catered my wedding in September and we couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out! He was incredibly organized, thoughtful, and made us feel totally comfortable that he could pull off our event (which was 200+ people at a barn with no kitchen). His staff was very professional and many of our guests followed up afterwards to say how much they enjoyed the food. I'd highly recommend David and his team for any event.
Simply Smooth catered my daughters wedding this last weekend. To say that they did a phenomenal job just isn't a high enough compliment. Chef David was incredible from step one all the way through the entire event. His staff was outstanding and went out of their way to make sure that everyone was taken care of. Simply Smooth provided the catering for my husband's surprise 60th birthday party and David and his team were fantastic, easy to work with, and ensured that every part of the event went smoothly. I had many many compliments on the superb food, with people asking who the caterer was, which usually doesn't happen!
