Domino's Pizza

They sent me the wrong items. I called to see if there was a way for me to get what I ordered and they just decided to hang up. Delivery driver too.

Every time I order from this specific dominos it’s always a problem. The delivery driver stated that he called me multiple times and I never answered. I checked on my call log and never received a call from them. On the app it says ordered delivered and they were still going to charge me for an order I never received. Not the first time this has happened but I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is my last time ordering from this location

Employees are not trained properly! Pizza had lot of grease on it and not baked well!

This place is a hit or miss. Occasionally, their pizzas are fresh and hot, which tastes great. But majority of the time, slow delivery and low quality pizza. I ordered pizza and it tasted like they microwaved left overs.

Delivered apparently to the wrong address on takeout order, wouldn’t help fix or refund the mistake. Blamed it on customer error, despite having the receipt in front of me with no errors, and refused to honor a refund or even apologize for the inconvenience which baffled me — I’ll dispute the charge anyway on my end, and see where that’ll take us. Hope the random household the driver claims he set our food enjoys it!

February 11, 2024Our pizza was cold and I tried to go on the website to put that down as a rating because I saw that the website said to let us know if there’s a problem and will fix it but the website kept kicking me out every time I would hit submitI was really upset that our pizza was cold. It felt like it was sitting around for like at least 10 minutes and then got sent to our house. It also arrived later than the ETA that was given to us when we made the order which was a little disappointing and I think that that kind of added to how cold the pizza got at homeWe were also highly unsatisfied with the chicken wings. They were rubbery. It was almost as if they were thrown in a microwave and then sent over to us. These chicken wings were so disgusting and slimy. We ended up throwing them out.I will never order from this Domino’s restaurant location ever again.

My food here is always correct and warm. Taste like Domino's Pizza. If you like Domino's pizza you'll like the food here. I would suggest pick up your food when you can. I used to get delivery but it would take ages to arrive. Carryout is way cheaper and quicker, definitely the way to go in my experience. Could be better now though I do see a couple delivery people there when I pick up my food. YMMV

The manager on duty the last few times I was there, Sarah I believe, was amazing. She was making the pizzas by herself and was quick and happy and polite. I’ve ordered sometimes when it wasn’t the best. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve always had great experiences with the people. Just the product wasn’t always the best. When Sarah is cooking, it’s always great. Keep up the good work everyone.

Ordered delivery. Waited two hours then they canceled my order when I was sitting in the store and my food still wasn’t cooked after I waited another 20 mins on the phone for them to pick up

I ordered my food at 6 and 8 pm, it took more than 2 hours to deliver the food, very bad service

Food took 2 hours and obviously was cold and on top of that it looks like someone put their fingers in it

It was a horrible experience, the 3 cheesesteak sandwiches that my son order came with 3 little slice of steak meat 3 onions n 3 peppers I couldn't believe it you couldn't really see anything it was like eating only bread with flavor, wish i would've went back n return n got my money back I can buy bread, steak onions and pepper n make alot of sandwiches for what I paid never again will I buy from domino's ... save ur hard earn money ?

Alexander is the manager of this dominos not a good manager he disrespects me over the phone for no reason . Bad costumer service
