Dunkin at the airport. Great breakfast before boarding the plane. Better prices than most airport food fast and convenient as hell.

Parking: Parked my happy ass in a chair at the gate and ate my sandwich and coffee.

Ice tea tasted nasty and spoiled.

Wheelchair accessibility: I was in an airport in a wheel chair. Limited options.

Clerk couldn't bother to put his personal phone call down to take my order. Glad I only had to bother him long enough to order a coffee as his call was obviously more important.

The guy at the cashier had great customer service! He threw in a couple of donut bites with my order, which I did not realized until I went to my gate. Most airport Dunkin’ locations also do not accept payment through the app, but this one does. I had a pleasant breakfast before my early morning flight. If all Dunkin’ locations were like this one, I’d run on them too.

Coffee was scalding hot. Even with milk in it, i couldn't drink it until I'd waited 30 min for boarding PLUS about 90 minutes into my flight.

I wanted my drink to help swallow my breakfast sandwich, which was decent.

The line was ridiculous, so not much opportunity to be friendly. I witnessed, however, someone being completely rude toward a dude 2 or 3 people in front of me who was just asking for something simple, like a carrying, extra sugar packets, or a few more napkins. I couldn't hear them, but it was way too much fuss over something trivial.

In my experience, this comes from micromanagement freaking out over every little thing instead of keeping the line moving and customers happy. Ya won't have to worry about input costs if ya piss everyone off and they stop buying, because you'll end up having to close the franchise. Consider the big picture before coming down on your employees for doing their damn job.
