Im a truck driver, so places I can stop are limited. Why is it that at 6am they are still closed every time I come through here. All I see is bad reviews why isn't the owner of this location doing anything to rectify the situation.

Most disrespectful group of employees I’ve ever seen. There’s 6 people in there doing anything but working, almost feels like your disrupting the hangout when u order something. The girl grabbed my cup from espresso machine and put her finger inside it then goes to stir it and ice falls out so she looks at me grabs the ice off with her fingers that she’s juggling her cell phone with and puts the ice back in my cup. I just threw it out. Never again

The only place willing to actually do any work, kinda, overpriced coffee and donuts by a mile, donuts were just kinda tossed in a bag, and the cappuccino is extremely bitter and for 5 dollars for a medium vanilla cappuccino I would expect it to be considerably better. The best thing i can say about it, is that they're apparently 24 hours atleast thats what I was told so if you're jonesing for coffee, go to the 7/11.

Disrespectful. Everyone speaking another language in the back and ignoring customers except for one poor worker up front who asked the other 5 to come up front and make customer coffees. People hugging and doing weird things in the back makes customers uneasy. Took forever to get the coffee and no one was in line.
It's advertised as 24 hours but whoever is working isn't near the front desk at all. I was told to call out to them in the back loudly by other employee, and they just ignored us. I don't recommend stopping at this service plaza at night since they are the only 'restaurant' open amd they probably won't be around to take your order.

I was looking for a Dunkin on my way to work and it showed me that this Dunkin was open.. So I put in my order and when I drove there out of my way here they were closed. Then, in the morning, I went to call rectify and get my money back and nobody answered the phone. Needs to change hours so people don’t put in orders online thinking they’re open when they’re not.

Ordered a coffee, a sandwich and 2 donuts. Had to repeat myself because the kid had her airpod in her ear and obviously not paying full attention to the customer. The coffee was good, the sandwich was only edible because I asked for butter on it, otherwise it would not be edible because the bagel felt like it was 2 days old. The 2 donuts I had to throw away because they were also days old. How do they get away with serving old food? It was 9:30 am so it's not like it was fresh stuff that was sitting there all day long either. Don't waste your money here, there are plenty of better places down the road.
