I just want to should out the gentleman (grey hair and beard) who made my wake up wraps this afternoon. I worked at a Dunkin in High School and I never watched someone take their time to make something with care. At the end of the day it’s Dunkin food, but I could see he cared about what he was doing and I feel like that’s so hard to come by these days. It was like watching a real life version of SpongeBob working at this Dunkin. Who ever you are, thank you for my wake up...

I want to apologize to the nice man who was making the sandwiches, I had accidentally thought I was waiting on a sandwich when really I hadn't carefully checked my bag and I really just needed a donut. So they made another sandwich for me when I accidentally already had one and he was scolded for it. It was totally my fault he did nothing wrong I'm sorry for getting him in trouble!
