Drink were fine but The order wasn’t even made correctly. My sandwich was burned. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and I got a burnt egg and cheese on a burnt croissant. Not good. The person taking orders was nice and respectful and polite but man making the food was slow and unprofessional and didn’t wear the proper gloves or wash is hands before hanging food after coming out from the back

Been going to this dunkin for a while, but today had an awful experience. Got a large hot coffee via the drive through and the employee handed me a coffee with the lid merely placed on the cup. Spilled 75% of it on my legs/seat. Had to go home and change my clothes causing me to be late for work.
Very disappointing that something so simple was missed.

It was EXACTLY the refreshing lemonade drink I needed! America runs on Dunkin'! Great customer service & the food always looks & smells amazing! On another note, it is a snazzy place to hang out with friends with a calm atmosphere & comfy seating.

I've never left reviews for chain stores before but this is the only Dunkin I will go to-- drinks are always perfect and taste great. Genuinely, every other Dunkin I've been to had comparatively terrible drinks
Also, short staffing is due to corporations not paying staff adequately, not people "not wanting to work". People desperately want to work for a livable wage.
Decent service considering they were short staffed. Bidenomics, nobody wants to work, why if can get handouts. My hats of to the girls behind the counter.

I ordered a bagel wit cream cheese. My usual order at this location. I got it home and tried to bite into the bottom half. It was hard as a rock! Stale. I promptly returned it and they graciously offered to make another one. I examined it before I left the store. JUST AS HARD AS THE FIRST ONE!!!! THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY. BUT NOW I DIDN'T HAVE A BAGEL TO GO WITH MY COFFEE
