Horrible experience from ordering to receiving. Never was greeted from the beginning or spoken to at the drive thru. Ordered a 6 piece hashbrown….that were very old/stale/burnt. The coffee was HORRIBLE. Not even sure what was mixed inside. The person handing me my food was VERY rude, basically shoved my drink in my face saying HERE in an ugly tone. took about 10 minutes. mind you I was the only car in line and there was maybe 3 people sitting inside. If I could rate in the negatives I sure would!

THE BEST DUNKIN CREW AROUND… now let me say why only 1 star…. the new renovations just completed… was way better before they changed it, comfortable cushioned seating area, warm colors on the walls… no more nice seating, you get hard surfaces only and its all painted grey and tan… i no longer want to sit inside and drink my coffee.

They’re so inconsistent with whether they give me decaf lattes or not. I have health issues so I can’t have caffeine and I always ask them to please make sure it’s decaf and they always assure me that it is but then I’ll have awful symptoms later due to the caffeine. And it always says it’s decaf on the label, but I can tell the difference due to the taste because the regular espresso tastes like espresso and the decaf one taste extremely watered down.

Usually on point but this morning I did a mobile order for munchkins and a specialty donut. Arrived and my coffee was ready (on the weaker side). They were out of Munchkins, so I got 8 full donuts instead. My specialty donut was not the spider but a nicer donut. They made the effort, which is nice. Stay on inventory and update the app.

Burned my egg bites. Gave me a knife instead of a fork. Not very friendly. Pumpkin spice latte was fine/good.
Not the friendliest Dublin in the area. They also half pump instead of full pump on flavors you can definitely tell the difference.

A good location! They haven’t messed up my order the few times I’ve come, my order’s always quick, the employees seem like they’re good at customer service.
But I felt the need to review because…. Accessible bathroom for wheelchair users! The door is a little heavy, but there’s room to transfer if you’re not ambulatory (if you can scoot the trash can over), and the sink is decently low, the soap is right next to it. There’s curb cutouts that make sense too. Love to see it.
