My family owns a small HVAC business that has done work for them and they refuse to pay their bills. Such a shame that people think this is how you treat other people.
Just plain rude staffing at least half the time I go there. Just today for example, I couldn’t understand the guy, I ask if they have a specific flavor and he rudely says yes that is a flavor we have. And then I tell him what I want and very rudely tells me that I need to tell him everything at once and states word for word how I should say it. Completely disrespectful. Dunkin needs to be a little more strict on who they hire.
The staff at this location is extremely rude. Numerous occasions at different times during the day always rude!
