Amazing place to eat and drink. The service is great. We had our wedding reception here in 2023 and our guests enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

We were excited to get some authentic BBQ for dinner. We decided to get take out from here and ordered the Extreme Combo. The meal included half a rack of ribs, half a chicken, brisket, and 2 sides. We also ordered a large basket of fries.

The bulk of the meal and the pick up service was disappointing. During pick up, the bar maid wasn't very polite. For not being very busy, she seemed quite annoyed to deal with someone picking up food and not sitting at the bar.

The fries were soggy at the time of pickup and needed to air fried to add a crunch to them when home. The rack of ribs had a good smoky flavor but weren't quite done. They weren't fall off the bone ribs. The brisket had no smoke flavor as well as the chicken. The chicken was so dry that it was hard to eat without getting a drink after every other bite.
Then came the sides. Small Styrofoam container that was half full. I expect a full container. How bad does it look half full. The baked beans were good, probably my favorite of the entire meal, but fill the container at least. The other side was fried okra. Which was OK, but again half full container.

From the not so warm welcome of the pickup, to the soggy fries, undercooked ribs, overly dry chicken, and half full sides containers, this will not be on the list of BBQ joints in the future.

Large servings, good service and the food was okay. Not bad but not amazing either. If you want some BBQ I would say check it out.

Update!!! I went back today 8/9 and sat at the bar and there is still alot of flies. I dont under syand why they dont do any thing about there vermin problem. The bartender was much nicer. When I walked into this place I went to the right side dining room that's adjacent to the kitchen there was an older lady there with short hair and glasses. Who immediately told me I had to wait for the other waitress. To be seated. Not even a helloSo I waited there. And no one came so I asked the older woman may I sit on your side because there's many tables open and I want to eat. She turned her back on me walked away and shook her head. I thought that wasnt nice and very rude. They really have to get nicer waitress who are happy to see customers this lady was very grumpy and doesn't belong in the service industry/dealing with people. The food was good. But the management needs to really work on the fly situation. I spend most of my time sitting at my table swatting away flies. I know it's summer but there is ways to fix this. I've been here before and I really like the food but the place needs some changes.

Had the brisket sandwich as Musicfest. Worst brisket ever. Tasted like plastic. $17 down the drain. BEWARE!
