We love Grumpys. The service is good, the portions are nice sized, and the food comes out quickly, even when busy. We've never had a bad meal here.

Went for an early dinner this past Saturday. I was shocked! The servings were ridiculously small and no mac n cheese! What kind of BBQ joint doesn't have mac n cheese? Wish I had taken pics of the food..literally an ice scream scoop of mashed potatoes, a tiny cardboard container of coleslaw, a thumb size piece of cornbread and maybe 5 slices of very fattie brisket. Plus everything was not hot, wasn't even warm. Would not recommend this place and mos def will not be returning.

Zero stars is more like it. Heard alot of hype about this place over the years and finally tryed it. Worse bbq I ever had. You can get better ribs at Applebee's. Everything was dry. Stuff looked dog food. And our server looked like she was annoyed she actually had to work. Won't ever be going back.

Food is always great! But unfortunately our recent visit the food was Luke warm. We had a server Jessica R, who was terrible. We ordered 12 wings to share and I asked for extra plate and waited 10min and had to remind her a 2nd time to get it...same with ice for a drink, she never brought it. I gave up asking. I've never had this problem at Grumpys. It won't defeat me from coming back, but I'll refuse her as waitress.

Got some solid bbq and gumbo for low cost and with great service. Highly recommend as it also has a cool roadhouse vibe

Fantastic food, really great BBQ! Service was a little slow, but definitely worth the wait and the waitress was attentive.
Good atmosphere, BBQ joint/biker vibe. Reasonable prices and a good menu/drink selection.

They used to be a 5 star place, but I'm struggling to post this review, as Grumpy's used to be one of our favorites. The 3 stars are bc the food is so damn good, which is what keeps us hanging on.

However, if the service doesn't improve we will look elsewhere. I don't recognize any of the waitresses anymore, which is ok if they are properly trained. Greeting the table with a pitcher of water (we were a 3 top) and then sitting directly behind us doing nothing, is not SERVICE. Please evaluate your new service team as they do not represent the Grumpy's the valley has come to love.

Hopefully, you will correct this issue. After my last visit, I asked to be contacted, as prompted by your own POS after I left a one star rating. It's been a month later and I'm still waiting for the call. By the looks of things, they don't care anymore. Sad!!

I’ll start with a positive. The food was pretty good. I got a beer and a water. She forgot my water. Then she came to take our food order and by this time still no water. I said I needed another minute to place my order. The waitress just stood there at my table until I was ready and STARRED at me until I ordered my food! It was so awkward and I felt pressured to order my food that second…Never coming back here. Food is good. Service was extremely poor
