If you’re looking for truly exceptional pizza, this place is a must-try! The dough is fermented, and you can absolutely taste the difference. It has incredible flavor, a perfect texture, and a delicious balance of crispy and chewy. Great people, great food, and great atmosphere.
My friend and I picked up dinner from PFG last night when their pizza truck was in Applewood. I got Margarita and she got pepperoni. Perhaps the best pizza that either of us have ever had, will definitely be on the lookout for them in the area again! 💕🍕
PFG catered our backyard celebration in June. Of course, the pizza was out of this world... not to mention the garlic knots ;) Everyone still tells us how amazing the pizza was!
Mrs PFG put a grazing table together that was not only an awesome display but was a real crowd-pleaser - some people were reluctant to pick from it because it was so beautiful!

The pizzas are made fresh to order, with a slight hiccup of heavy pepper in the red sauce on one occasion. Recently, customers enjoyed picking up dinner from the pizza truck in Applewood, praising the Margarita and pepperoni pizzas as some of the best ever.
