Located in a wonderful 1800s era building this roadhouse is definitely worth stopping by. They are located near Lehigh valley sporting clays and so many other wonderful places to come visit in Lehigh valley. I had to burn ends brisket which I thought were fantastic still juicy not burnt till they are hard like some places. I tried fried alligator for the first time it was fantastic as well. While there are a few things that I would change if it was up to me I thought the barbecue...
