Horrible place. I asked one of the employees a simple question, ‘Do you guys accept card here or Zelle?’ The guy rudely responded, ‘Aquà no aceptamos cuentos, manito.’ What kind of customer service is that? It was a simple question, and there was no need to be rude or answer in such an obnoxious way. I did not see the sign saying ‘no credit, debit, only cash’ until the cashier actually pointed it out.
Management should seriously consider training staff on how to friendly address customer inquiries.
