The Ham Fam is a standard in the area, with frequent customers. Our group meets for a breakfast meeting once a month in the back room. Service is usually attentive, sometimes exceptional, and food is good. On occasion another group sers up in the same space, making it difficult to hear.

Such a disappointing experience
1) the food was literally so bad it tasted like nail polish remover
2) the server charged 40% in tips and taxed it too so I overpaid like crazy
3) I felt so sick after eating from here

They charge almost 50% gratuity
