The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Ms Carol was a 1 woman show and the love she has shines through her food. The patties are delicious, the doubles were amazing, the oxtail platter was yummy. What stole the show was her garlic sauce and pepper sauce 🤌🏾. Worth the drive(1hr 30min). Definitely giving you an authentic taste of Trinidad!
