Happy Sandwich Caribbean Cuisine is a true gem in downtown Allentown, PA! I had lunch today and got the jerk chicken with Ms. Carol’s spicy red jerk sauce—fall-off-the-bone tender and bursting with flavor. The sides of white rice, rice with peas (beans, so good!), and onions with cabbage were perfect. Ms. Carol’s special garlic sauce added an extra wow factor. She even treated me to special fries with her white garlic sauce and honey sauce—absolutely delicious!

Extremely good food. Ordered the Roti and Jerk Chicken with Garlic Sauce Lunch Special. Absolutely amazing, 1000% coming back and Ms. Carol is such an amazing worker with great personality and cooking skills.

Ms. Carol was incredibly helpful and engaging. The food was delicious. I felt like I was in somebody’s home kitchen while they prepared a meal for me. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
