Food has always been good here. I never had a problem with delivery. But today as I write this it's been over 2 hours we ordered and it has not came. Their lack of customer service is absurd and they do not even offer and type of reimbursement for the severe lack of care of customers ordering. I haven't ate all day and needed this and I'm uphauled. Called twice now and no return call.
Edited* order placed 2:19 third call 4:37. They told me they aren't bringing my order because they didn't trust the order. I'm guessing because we had cash and asked if they prefer cash or card. Reporting to better business bureau

This is my go to place for Chinese food. Staff is always super friendly, I usually get delivery and the gentleman is always so upbeat and delivery is always quick. Never had any issues with my food it's always fresh and correct. Won't go any place else for my Chinese

First let me say that the chicken wings and french fries were good. However the order of boneless spare ribs that I got was absolutely disgusting and I was disappointed that you would charge 9 and some change for it is it have no flavor that was burnt pieces it kind of tasted like it was sitting there for a long time very disappointed this will probably be my last time there.
The place is really hot there is no air conditioning and I like most of the food .

There was a boy outside who kept on going in and out. I went to the rest room I caught him putting my drink down after drinking all of it. I was told by a friend of mine he doe this and eats your food. So be aware.
