The carribean food here is hands down the best I've ever had! Ox tails, Jerk chicken, and Curry chicken is my go to! Staff is friendly and place is clean! LOVE IT! TRY IT! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! OUTSTANDING!
First of all I eat here every week!!! Faithfully lol. The owner is always accommodating and makes sure to adjust the selection just a bit for my 2 year old son. which I love and appreciate. The carrot cake is everything. I looovvveeee the boneless jerk chicken!! It's also very very rare when I find cabbage that I enjoy and I love her cabbage. Island Bay Grill is a favorite place in the valley for Jerk chicken. The Best Jerk Chicken is the top tier, nothing like Grilled Jerk. The Cabbage looked good and was not bad either, the rice was just ok, the Mac & Chz needs some work, the plantain were good. The Jerk Loaded fries were ok. The Service was good and the inside was nice and clean. The food hit the spot for lunch. Customer service was great as well. People would go back again.
