This is definitely my favorite place in the valley for Jerk chicken. I really hope they’re not permanently closed. I’ve been itching for my jerk fix. Just know, Michael is waiting patiently for you guys to come back!!
So My Co- Workers and I had a taste for some Jamaican/ Caribbean food, so we decided to give “ISLAND BAY GRILL” a try and I have to say it was the Best Jerk Chicken that, I’ve had since moving from Philly 3yrs ago to Lehigh Valley. It has been super challenging trying to find GOOD Jamaican food in this area. Nothing like Grilled Jerk . Their sauce was ok but the chicken itself was Good. Ordered 2 jerk platters today…food was great! I got the cabbage and my gf got Mac n cheese. Both sides were great but the jerk itself was top tier…will definitely be back. Customer service service was great as well…thank you!
