Pulled pork bowl was cold, not actually pulled pork and was only about 1/4 cup of cubed pork. Too expensive fir the prtion. Will never buy anything here again.

Worst BBQ place ever, the advertisement is way off the food is horrible for a BBQ place more like a McDonald’s BBQ but McDonald’s is way better trust me and it’s overpriced you would think the price is a reflection of the food but nope only reason I didn’t ask for my money back was to avoid confrontation one last thing only thing good about this place is that it helps keep some of our citizens employed

Friendly service, but that’s only good thing here. The pulled pork they gave us wasn’t even pulled, it was so bad I could only eat a quarter of it, it cost 9 dollars for just a small appetizer dish, and it didn’t come with a fork or napkin so we had to get it from a different vendor

I adore this venue a lot. theres a different feeling. The food is wonderful. the service is dynamic and the crew is polite. The pay is satisfactory. I highly recommend.

Food was decent. Customer service was horrible. They walk around with a chip on their shoulder. They are nasty and it seems like you are inconviencing them when you order.

Worst food I've ever had, and that's saying something because I've eaten at many truck stops. Bbq chicken sandwhich was a mixture of cold and dried out meat and a lot of bread.

Unfortunately flavorless, and the serving size in the bowls is laughable at best, for $9 the bowl would leave a baby hungry
When I was there the place was terribly understaffed. The manager was actually doing most of the cooking. We waited for 15 minutes for our food, which wasn't that good. Overall I'm not pleased with HMS Host at this location. Most of the restaurants have long lines and wait times. I'm not sure if they're responsible for cleaning tables, but they're often a mess. PA Turnpike should reconsider their contract when it comes up for renewal.

I ordered cheese steak, specifically asked no onions and of course I got onions, cashier was inattentive and was talking and having fun with other staff members instead of being focused on her job, I knew in advance that she was trouble and this was gonna happen, so I liked the food, but staff they do not care!

Whatever they were selling called a beef brisket sandwich looked like overcooked fatty bacon and was disgusting. My dog would not eat it. Waste of 10 bucks. Wasn't expecting texas bbq but alpo puts out a better product.

It took 5 minutes before someone put my order on the grill, food was on the grill for only about minute. Currently sitting in parking lot poking at this tiny portion of cold pulled pork. Will not eat here again, looks like I'm not the only one. Wonder what food establishment will fill this soon-to-be vacant space.
