Went to pick up an order at 1:30 am for some coworkers. When arrived was told they were only serving delivery services. There were not any warnings when ordering through the app. The gentleman on the intercomm told me the order would be refunded. However, they never refunded it. It was a waste of time and fuel. McDonalds should have made it clear that certain establishments do not serve the public after a specific time. Its unprofessional.

this McDonald's is downright disgusting. The customer service is lacking in every department. I was here recently, trying to place an order and trying to redeem some points when they simply forgot my items. Whoever is managing this place clearly doesn't give a rats ass about their quality. As always, nothing will be done since this is just a standard for this location. It is Allentown after all what else can you expect? Do better.

The worst McDonald’s you can visit, my son did two doctorates and I’m still here waiting for my order, they have the super special power of being super slow.The drive tru after 11 is super slow you wait in line for more then 30-45 mins , and 12:00 the counter is closed
