Ordered a large sprite with no ice and a large coke . My friend and I drove to the mall and when we went to take a sip of our soda it was stale and flat. The freshness was not there. His sprite was filled with ice and his sprite was flat too. We didn't go back because it was less then 3.00 and there was a McDonalds towards our destination. Active listening skills is very important. Its not about no ice its about someone who may be allergic. The employees look miserable and dont seem cheerful . When I ran a restaurant all and my employees had smiles on there faces and were kind to everyone. Keep ur personal life at home and keep work at work..

Horrible experience. I ordered at the first order box while the car in front of me ordered at the last one. I get to the window and they said they don’t have my order. I told them what I ordered and they couldn’t figure it out and told me to pull up to pick up my food. I get there and they go to hand me someone else’s order. I said no and told them what my order was and this was about the 3rd time I told them what it was. Girl comes back to the window and tells me $20 now I didn’t look at the prices of the snack wraps before ordering so I just paid then she goes to hand me a whole different order again and I said no that it’s not what I ordered and told her my order once again and demanded a refund. Finally they find my order. The snack wrap had zero ranch and no cheese just a whole bunch of lettuce. And I ordered one mc chicken it was hard as a rock and no lettuce had to throw it away. Highly don’t recommend here.

Every time I come here it’s always a problem with something I can’t ever order something without something missing today I went to get some pancakes and all I got was a egg biscuit and sausage and I ordered the big breakfast it bring everything including hash browns and I didn’t even get that I give up on mc Donald’s already 😂

Very slow late at night time for always being “UNDERSTAFFED” i watch this young hispanic girl take orders, cash out, hand out food, make drinks and bag the orders while there was no other employee to be seen in the store beside the ones making the food in the kitchen. Even tho she was clearly overwhelmed she still took the time to come a take my order, she was very nice and served a great customer service.They need to get new people and stop doing this to their employees. The food was mid but is expected from a McDonald’s best ice coffee i ever had tho. Is always hard to find a nice employee at this location.

Well, the food was good, but I did an online order and although it wasn't busy, it took over 17 minutes to get our food. And then I didn't get the drinks until 26 minutes! Poorly managed to say the least. They apparently prioritized the drive thru, but they abandoned the dining room. So, the kitchen people did a great job, but the counter workers need some training and guidance.

The service was awful and very VERY slow. There was workers sitting in the dinning area and there were so many vehicles told to pull up and wait at front for the food. The fry tasted like mold and the burgers were very sloppy like they just threw them in the bag.

Amazing staff at this McDonald's! I brought them 80 children at lunchtime and they adapted beautifully. Many of our students experienced placing their order with a person and getting change for the first time! I'd give you ten stars if I could. Very well handled!
