The menu, written in bold handwriting throughout the truck, features items like cabeza tacos, which are super tender and juicy, and carnitas tacos. The truck's friendly owner cooks, serves, and handles transactions all on her own. Prices are fair, with a $15 price tag for three tacos. Soft taco orders can be customized Campechano style for just $8. The food is fresh, not greasy, and comes out fast and warm. Highly recommended for spicy fans is the red salsa, and the El Pastor and Birria meats are also popular options.
