Updating my previous review, flavors are back!! No more 2 flavors - machines are full and working!
The service is always good and topping options never disappoint!

Love this place & my children do too!

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS STORE IS THAT THE FRANCHISE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET THIS STORE'S EQUIPMENT UPDATED AND REPAIRED.... THEY HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MOST OF THIS YEAR! IT'S A REAL SHAME FOR THOSE WHO LOVED THIS STORE! ALSO MUST BE VERY HARD ON THOSE EMPLOYEES WORKING THERE!
YET WHILE GOING THERE THESE EMPLOYEES ARE STILL SO VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE; MUST BE DIFFICULT TO REMAIN THIS WAY, WITH WHAT THEY ARE GOING THROUGH... UNTIL AND UNLESS THIS STORE'S EQUIPMENT GETS FIXED/UPDATED VERY SOON, I FEAR WE WON'T BE SEEING IT LAST, AND SO MANY CUSTOMERS WILL STOP GOING THERE......

Gone downhill this year. Been 3 times in 2025. Only 3-4 flavors available (1 or 2 are sugar free). In the past maybe 1 or 2 flavors were out. Now it's half or more. Guess management doesn't care anymore.

Not really a variety of options to choose from. Almost all the ice cream machines were not working!

Pretty cool that you can build your own frozen yogurt cup! And so many toppings!

I wish we had this in Pennsylvania it's one of my favorite frozen yogurt places.

We were very dissatisfied with our recent visit. We arrived an hour before closing only to find that less than 50% of the flavors were available, and the main dining area was closed, with tables turned upside down. This left a considerable number of customers standing in line on a warm summer evening with no seating options.

To add to our disappointment, approximately 40 minutes before closing, staff removed the spoons from the toppings containers, which was quite frustrating.

This is not the first time this had happened at this location, and I see that others have had similar comments in their reviews. I believe management should make some changes. We will not be returning.

Only been here twice, but it seems there's only about 4 flavors each time, and two are vanillas. So that's a bit of a bummer. Would love to see strawberry, coffee, & peanut butter frozen yogurts some time.

The worker that was there was super helpful and knowledgeable about food allergies. All the frozen yogurt and toppings are labeled with allergens.

Dietary restrictions: Options for celiac include most flavors minus cake batter. Cannot guarantee safety for toppings, I only got fruit and went almost as soon as it opened. I would ask if you go later and get other toppings like candy cause it might not be safe.
