Lack of hygiene awareness. A waitress with short dark hair was petting a dog by the bar and went on to serve food and drink without washing her hands. Julieanne, the bartender was eating a sandwich with one hand while making and serving drinks with the other. No hand washing even though she kept touching her mouth while eating. I had one drink and decided to get food elsewhere.

This is the only place to eat in the airport and the kitchen was closed. Absolutely ridiculous. If i was in charge of the airport your business would be removed and replaced by a company that can service customers.

No one at the hostess stand so I walked up to a table and set my carryon bag on a stool.Waitress quickly comes out from behind the bar and tells me I need to go back to hostess stand.I responded "what" (I thought she was kidding).She snapped her instructions again "either go back to the hostess stand to assign you a table or go sit at the bar."I replied "I guess I'll go sit at the bar." After getting her disgruntled look. I said "forget it"..and spent the next 3 hrs at the airport business work center.Cost PA Pub probably 2-3 scotches and wings. Easy $100 they could have gotten not to mention a scotched up guy usually tips big.Customer service is in the ditch at this place.

1. Customer service is mediocre and not polite. Empty restaurant/bar with 3 waitress that were more attentive with their own conversations than taking care of their customers.2. The waitress never checked on me or other customers after drinks and foods were delivered. However when a lady put a purse on a seat then she immediately called out the lady.3. The hamburger seems like from a frozen package.I would not recommend this place.

With several planes departing in the AM. You would think that more then one nasty person should be working , terrible eat before you get there
Food was decent and not too ridiculously priced for an airport but service/friendliness of staff wasn’t there. I was very courteous utilizing please and thank you multiple times during transaction and she never even said a word. Not hello, not thank you for the business or anything. I was in to go line, only one not in. Restaurant.

The perfect place to grab a drink and some food before a flight! They have a great draft beer list with some local choices. Pictured here is the Funk Citrus IPA. I got a bacon grilled cheese that was to die for. Fair prices and fast and friendly service.

Was stuck in the airport for hours and decided to get food/drinks. The waitstaff completely ignored us for 20 minutes before seating us and then gave us noticeably subpar service (skipping our table while checking on people, having to be flagged down for service) while giving noticeably better service to the patrons that looked better off than we did. They very obviously catered to those they thought could pay/tip more, and they were only able to get away with it because they are the only thing to eat/drink once you are past security. The food was only slightly better then the service and not really worth what they charge. 10/10 would not recommend

Ok real talk..Been here a few times and each was not great. Giving one star is probably giving this place some credit.
This specific visit:
1. Ordered drinks and the soda was completely flat. They said there was a problem with the CO2 no big deal.
2. Ordered a water. This was the strangest tasting water I've ever had. It wasn't quite like water but more like a flat almost carbonated water but not. And an odd non water like flavor.
3. Always understaffed during busy times.
4. Food is meh at best. I mean it's clearly frozen stuff but at least an effort would be nice.
When we asked about the water the staff said that yes they were told about an issue with the water and it had something to do with the CO2???
Not sure what CO2 has to do with water but needless to say there was no CO2 and no water.
Overall the food is mediocre at best although the service is decent.
If you have a chance to eat before the airport you'd probably do yourself a favor and do that.
