They are always all on there phones and on top of that gave me the order wrong because they are literally not paying any attention to what they are doing. I called in my order and still had to wait for my order to be redone and are all doing literally nothing.

Papa John’s is a go to for us usually twice a month. This location gets very busy. So if your estimate pickup is 6. Add ten mins at least. They get backed up fast as the rest of the chain pizza places do around Allentown.

I once ordered a pizza for me and my son. It was super cold so I didn't want to travel with him outside. I placed an order but after a hour went by, my pizza didn't come. I called in and spoke with Joshua at the 13th st location. He apologized and offered me a full refund and STILL gave me my pizza. He was super helpful and polite. I know things get messed up so I don't blame him. But the fact that he made right by it all. Said alot. Papa John's will continue to get my business because of Joshua. Thanks man.
Over charged me at the door handed him a 50 and a few minutes later he came back saying I never paided him. Disrespectful and disgusting for tryna rob us, delivery guy was the manager and when I called he hung up right away. He was a small Hispanic guy and I’ll make sure to order again just to be petty tho.;)

2nd time in a row I got uncooked pizza. One thing with pizza is that it's not done when it starts to develop color. It's done when the dough has darkend significantly and ceases to smell like raw dough. I knew the second the pizze got in my car that it was undercooked; I could tell it was undercooked by the smell. And when I got it home it was way undercooked. A significant portion of the dough on each pie was straight up raw, as in still dough.
