Papa John’s is a go to for us usually twice a month. This location gets very busy. So if your estimate pickup is 6. Add ten mins at least. They get backed up fast as the rest of the chain pizza places do around Allentown.

I once ordered a pizza for me and my son. It was super cold so I didn't want to travel with him outside. I placed an order but after a hour went by, my pizza didn't come. I called in and spoke with Joshua at the 13th st location. He apologized and offered me a full refund and STILL gave me my pizza. He was super helpful and polite. I know things get messed up so I don't blame him. But the fact that he made right by it all. Said alot. Papa John's will continue to get my business because of Joshua. Thanks man.
