I once ordered a pizza for me and my son. It was super cold so I didn't want to travel with him outside. I placed an order but after a hour went by, my pizza didn't come. I called in and spoke with Joshua at the 13th st location. He apologized and offered me a full refund and STILL gave me my pizza. He was super helpful and polite. I know things get messed up so I don't blame him. But the fact that he made right by it all. Said alot. Papa John's will continue to get my business because of Joshua. Thanks man.

Over charged me at the door handed him a 50 and a few minutes later he came back saying I never paided him. Disrespectful and disgusting for tryna rob us, delivery guy was the manager and when I called he hung up right away. He was a small Hispanic guy and I’ll make sure to order again just to be petty tho.;)

Food showed up luke-warm 40 minutes after the scheduled delivery time. Everything was pretty bad. They use Doordash for deliveries without informing the customer also.

Prices are high, I ordered a cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce and got a pizza with just cheese no sauce and they didn't even slice it. They discriminate against people that refuse to join their site by locking half the menu out.

Extremely disappointed. I placed an order for delivery using the papa johns app. My whole order was incorrect. Missing toppings I ordered, No stuffed crust and wrong 2 liter bottle of soda. I called the store and the staff seemed to really not care. Stay away from this store, you’ll end up paying for something you didn’t even order.

So, I love me some PJs every now and then, and this one never disappoints. I ordered a pie the other day online and decided to go take a shower while I waited for it to be delivered, and my phone was ringing the second I got back into my room. I literally didn't even have enough time to dry all the way off or get dressed, and I had to rush downstairs because where I live, it's impossible for delivery drivers to park. The pizza was great. The soda was ice cold. And the delivery driver was polite and professional. You know, it's almost like they deliver the pizza as soon as it comes out of the oven...maybe Domino's could learn a thing or two from that.Also, down below is a negative review from some guy who claims he can tell whether or not a pizza is fully cooked based on how it smells. He then states he ordered pickup, put the pizza in his car, drove all the way home, and then found out the pizza wasn't cooked thoroughly...ugh...what am I missing? Did he temporarily lose his sense of smell? If you claim to have the olfactory sensibilities than are egual to or greater than that of a polar bear, how did you wind up getting all the way home before knowing the pizza was undercooked?Hey, maybe open up your own franchise and show us all how it's done...or shut the hell up.

This place was good until I opened my box. I ordered the new parm pizza and they get me a regular crust. I was highly disappointed. Then the manager asked me... what do you want me to do? Customer service was the worst

Totally understaffed! One kid making all the orders and taking them. Not even your local pizza place has one worker. Sad … They got store of the year award. What a joke. The owner or manager had on some gold chains should sell one and hire some help. I felt bad after I ordered my food more work load for a kid. We stoped at the wrong place ! Do better Papa John’s
