Had the Pho Chk veg outstanding. I believe broth Is bone clarity excellent, veg sprouts and noodle perfect. Will try beef next visit. 5 years here in LV didn't even know about it. I'll be back for more. Reasonable priced no more trips to Philly. Safe parking as well

As a comparison to the Vietnamese restaurant near where I live this joint is pho-nominal.

Vietnamese Coffee and Bubble Tea delicious. The Summer Rolls fresh and packed with a lot of veg as opposed to mostly lettuce at the other joint. We both got shrimp vermicelli salad, again the veg were all fresh and the shrimp was grilled to perfection, the spring roll was decent too. I honestly prefer my vermicelli served chilled as opposed to hot, but it did cool down after adding the fish sauce and mixing everything together.

Definitely will return to try other items.

First time trying this place, and I was so beyond surprised !! The organic Vietnamese coffee (iced) was some of the best most flavorful coffee I’ve ever had!! And the spring rolls were so crispy and flavorful!! The tofu in the vegetable pho is also cooked wonderfully!!

Great place to grab a quick meal. Always greeted with a big smile. The food is tasty, well priced, and served in great portions. My daughter and I split a bowl of pho and that is just enough. Ok. And maybe with a summer roll, because the peanut sauce is yummmm.

Came here about a week ago to grab some pho for takeout about 30-40 mins before they closed. An employee met me and my siblings at the door and let us know that the kitchen was closed. We said “oh okay, we thought you closed at 9”. The employee said “well you can’t sit in but you can takeout”. We planned to get takeout anyway so that wasn’t a problem. We said okay. And then he stated that they turned off the fryers, still standing at the door. We were confused by that statement so we quietly looked at each other and back at him. He clarified that that they didn’t have any fried food left and only soup. This is a pho restaurant. We came for pho. Is that not soup? Why would he assume we wanted fried food at a pho restaurant? Either way it was obvious that our business wasn’t wanted or welcomed.

We decided to take our business to another restaurant that happily accommodated our takeout request for pho. As we left this restaurant we watched at least 2 other patrons happily enter and exit without being blocked at the door and told that they “only have soup”.

I’ve taken out at this restaurant once before and thought the food was adequate. I happily wanted to introduce my siblings to it and try them once more but that interaction left a very weird feeling. I’m not saying this was an inherently racist interaction but I am saying that telling a group of Black customers that you don’t have fried food at a pho restaurant is a super strange way to do business.

Got pho with steak and pho with brisket. Both were good but I think the steak was slightly better. Daughter liked it as well and wants to come back when we come back to the area. Also took grilled chicken banh mi takeout which was good. Chicken was just a little dry but could have been from long drive home so will try again in the future in the restaurant to give it another try. Overall would come back.

Never likes pho before. I tried my partners and I finally found a flavorful broth and not something that tastes like sink water. The wings and bahn mi were insanely good. Will be coming back 100%.
