We took one bite of our food and could not eat any further. Quite possibly the worst food we’ve ever had in our entire lives. How do you mess up fried chicken and a cheeseburger? It tasted like it had been sitting out for 5 hours. I wish I could rate this zero stars. Stay far far away.

I’m not from here and my husband had such a glorious nostalgia moment when he saw the sign for Roy Rogers. I didn’t know what the hell a Roy Roger was, so his excitement had me wondering. Well, a huge disappointment and this has ruined his whole childhood memories. Save yourself!! I wouldn’t have even given this a 1 star, but I had too to leave a review. I think the health department needs to be called and put this place out of business! Stomachs hurt and we aren’t feeling good!

I know they aren’t, but they really should be ashamed charging almost $19 for two burgers which were almost inedible and $4 for mashed potatoes that were inedible. Definitely my last visit here.

Saddest fast food restaurant I've ever seen. Disgusting mac and cheese, burnt to a crisp and scraped off the bottom of the pan rather than admit they ran out. Long wait despite a short line, not sure what they're all doing in the back but they don't seem short-staffed.
I don't know why this place has such a low rating. Yeah it's in a service plaza, but it's freaking Roy rogers. Be happy that it's here still. 5 stars

Way over priced for what i got. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries total $12.80 without drink. Went to the fixings bar found my burger was cold cheeseburger wasn't even melted fries were cold as well. I could've gone to burger King or McDonald's and had hot food made the way I wanted and I would've gotten a drink with it for less. This was the 1st time I tried this place and I dont plan on trying them again.

Worst ever!! Don’t waste your money. Ordered food here a few months ago. It was cold and dry and disgusting and we gave it another chance tonight because there’s not many options in this travel plaza and again the food was cold dry and disgusting. It’s over four dollars for a medium fry, which were cold and dry and bland. The last two times we were here we literally just wasted our money because we couldn’t even eat the terrible food. It also took a long time to get our food. Not sure why because it was obviously all just sitting there for a while. Never again!
