Sahara Mediterranean Cuisine

Actually the worst Mediterranean I’ve ever had. The biggest problem is they don’t seem to know what garlic is. That’s an overall fail. We got baba ganoush and it had no smoky flavor, and it was slightly, disgustingly sweet, like when someone hits the balsamic too hard. Sixty bucks for a falafel sandwich (again, flavorless), a shawarma (barely seasoned with too much white sauce), and the baba ganoush. People should try better Mediterranean and then compare, because this place does not deserve its rating.

Visiting Allentown for the weekend for a wedding and found this gem. The wife and I came in for lunch and were very impressed with quality of the food. The hummus is delicate and light in an elegant way that will redefine your definition of what hummus should be. We went for the chicken shawarma and chicken kebab, and the flavors were right yet not overwhelming, all the ingredients came together beautifully, show how much care they put in making the dishes here. Flavor is king here, no unnecessary presentation, every side is impressive on its own, and complemented the rest of the meal nicely. Tom, a well mannered and well traveled owner helped us and we had a nice conversation about places and food, great service.

Wow! Blown away by the quality of the food here. The hummus is so light and delicate. Had a chicken kebab sandwich and a chicken shawarma plate and both were fantastic. Highly recommend coming here.

l love this place, as soon as you walk through the door, you feel kindness and appreciation , the food is amazing, fresh and well presented. They have the most delicious and tasty hummus that I have ever tried. The service is out of this world, the owner, Thomas comes to the table and makes sure customers are okay. Reasonable prices too. I recommend this restaurant and for sure it will be my new spot.

Traveling from New York with a 2 year old and was looking for some fresh tasty food. The food was amazing! Some of the best middle eastern food I’ve ever had. The service was absolutely fantastic. Because we had traveled in, my son was really wild and just all over the place and the staff was so kind and understanding (meanwhile I was embarrassed). Highly suggest you check this place out!

One of the best gyros I've had in a long time. Loaded with meat and fresh ingredients perfectly seasoned. They hit a home run. Run dont walk to try their gyros. Plus they are the nicest folks on the planet.

Absolutely delicious and the most tender chicken I have ever had and perfectly seasoned. Talked to the owner and he said he marinates it for something like 2 days (I don't remember the exact amount). Went on a day that reservations were required. Check the website
