First time visiting. Large portions. My turn off was the new lady not wearing gloves making food and handling money. I asked for a California cheesesteak and hots fried onions and moay I didnt get any of that. Was grossed out about the no gloves and no hair net as she pushed her bangs out of her face and also had nails. She never washed her hands. I saw the man maybe owner take two pieces of rye out of a bag no gloves and swipe mayo on them. After cleaning tables never once did I see hand washing.

Northeast Philly born and raised just moved close to here in the Macungie area. Made the trip and boy am I glad I did. THE BEST CHEESESTEAK in the Lehigh Valley easily the best and can compete with the top cheesesteaks in the Greater Philadelphia Metro area as well. These cheesesteaks are loaded with fresh ribeye everything is top quality and taste is on point easily is one of the best and most legit spots for cheesesteaks and I've tried a lot of spots over the past year. The newcomer gimmicky sandwich spots(smp market, mortys etc) cannot and I repeat CANNOT compete with this OG classic right here. I really hope they open more multiple locations that way I can just go right next to my house for one. This place knows how to make some of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had and that is saying a lot right there coming from a guy who has had a plethora of different style cheesesteaks throughout his life, Everything from the right choice of roll (which I believe they use fresh Liscios rolls) to the quality of beef to cooking with love. They just make it the right way and hit a home run everytime, will definitely be one of my go-to spots. Amazing cheesesteaks : ))) not just for this region but any region this is a top quality contender cheesesteak. You're welcome
