I just need to say that this Starbucks is one of my favorites. Reason being is the staff is so friendly and accommodating. This is my second occasion that I’ve had to wait in the drive-thru line for five minutes or so. Which is fine I am willing to wait but on both occasions I have had to wait, they have given me my order completely for free. The kind gesture does not go unnoticed and thank you for making my day!

Baristas, like Rachel, show kindness and empathy to customers in distress, providing comfort and making a positive impact. Overall, Starbucks offers a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service.
