So at 7:15 p.m 2/28/25 me and my wife went to order food I got the the outlaw number two and let me start by saying she didn’t even add any meat just the bacon I asked her to add on with the order and cheese for a foot long she only added one trey of meat witch was odd since in other subways it’s usually two but she just spread the one out leaving more bread then anything she clearly has no idea what she was making in my assumption you would think they have an idea when it comes to meal orders was very disappointed my wife order a chicken bacon ranch a 12in barely any meat on the food more bread also they didn’t even add the main part witch is ranch on the sandwich I tell you the worst 40 dollars I spent definitely would not recommend this subway chain if these ladies are working their we could have just went to WAWA on 15th st to satisfy our craving for a cheaper price I would definitely like a refund for the disappointment I usually tip but in this case once looking at my food that tip was lost maybe better training of employees would play a factor my order I.d was NXBSX75QZ767CLX25

Middle aged chubby lady inside was the absolute meanest woman I’ve ever interacted with, everybody else working there has always been nice. 2/19/24 2:35am UberEats order. She was curt and rude the entire time for no reason. Bizarre interaction. Reading the other reviews, it seems like the same lady in each one.

I ordered a sub for me and my dad. They messed up the ingredients on them and the bread was wrong. When I went to eat mine my dad already ate it and I had his bread. So a sub I just payed $14.99 for I didn’t even get to eat because the bread was super hot. Definitely will not order from this store ever again considering this is the first time and they messed it up horribly. So disappointed considering I eat subway a lot

I went to pick up a door dash order . The lady at the counter was a Middle Eastern who woman made the order but she didn’t put a sticker on
The bag to seal the customers order . So I asked her can she please put a sticker on the bag she asks my why do you steal ? I said excuse it’s your job to seal the order when ppl order their food to ensure it hasn’t been tampered with . Do your job instead of trying to insult ppl .. I swear ppl move from other places open up business and think they can disrespect ppl like they do in ny or nj

The lettuce had a very funky taste to it. All thr containers in which hold the toppings were frozen, the lettuce was brown and soggy. Won't ever eat at this location again.

I wouldn't even leave a star if it was an option. This place has went down hill since the last owner. I got a turkey bacon an the entire sandwich tasted like vinegar. I didn't even order vinegar smh. My bacon was raw and cold so terrible when your spending 8 bucks for half a sandwich.

If I could give negative stats, I would. Wife walked in, asked for the 3.99 roll ups. We needed 10, very disrespectful and beyond rude, she literally out loud asked, “ARE YOU SERIOUS?” Older lady had a Horrible attitude, and beyond disrespectful to the customer. Stormed in the back room to ask for help, it’s not a difficult order. Who makes anyone feel like that when they’re trying to feed a family of 6?! Wife walked out, I don’t blame her. I would have done much worse.

Who in the world questions customers orders?! It wasn’t hard to prepare, they’re pre made, were form out of town and visiting for the holiday. The people who work here often make people feel uncomfortable on purpose. Just read the reviews, speaks for itself. THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I’ve ever seen! Don’t go here. There’s 17 others, go elsewhere.

Update: called the establishment to speak to a manager and was repeatedly told they don’t have managers or supervisors on premises. I asked for contact information and they hung up. -10/10.

I dread going into the Subway because of how unorganized they are the location is extremely slow and service they don't listen you have to repeat things several times and they never prepared one day to toast it on work one day something else is not working it's ridiculous I only go to this one when I'm in the area but it's ridiculous I won't be stopping at this one anymore. They need to do better

Ordered a couple of subs and I decided to get one of the sidekick pretzels. It was the first time I had one. Wanted to try it. Delivery gets here quickly. No problem with that. So this usual Subway. Nothing special. Nothing bad. The side check on the other hand was hard as a rock. It was well past its sell by date except there is no sell-by date or creation date or any other day for them to track. Still when you pick up a soft pretzel and can Hammer a nail in with it should be thrown away. If I have a feeling this store doesn't do that, they'll just keep it sitting there until it sells somebody for delivery or who's taking it to go and won't notice we won't be back. No Wonder Subway is desperate to sell.
