By far the best sushi restaurant in all of the Lehigh Valley. Warm and friendly atmosphere with high quality chic decor in a very modern style. The food is presented exquisitely with a variety that can’t be found anywhere else in the tri city area.

Tasty take-out! We went with crab rangoons, dumplings, and sesame chicken. Everything was very good. Staff was very friendly when we went to pick up the food and the restaurant looked very clean. Living downtown, we have seen this space be multiple restaurants and we hope this one sticks around! We will be back (frequently)!

place looks nice haven’t tried the food yet but the lady at the register is pretty rude and she looks pretty miserable. dont get mad at me cause you hate your job.

yummy food, quick service. i ordered sushi for takeout & it deff hit the spot ??? the miso soup was a little bland though

I went for lunch and was seated immediately. The sesame chicken which was perfect, came out like 2 minutes after I ordered. The staff refilled water without asking, checked in just the right amount of times, was punctual. The atmosphere was bright and clean. Honestly one of the top three Chinese food experiences I’ve had and the price was right. I highly recommend.

Ume Asian cuisine
Decided to try this new Asian restaurant in downtown Allentown. It’s located right on Hamilton Street and is very spacious and welcoming. The wait staff was super friendly and answered all our questions about the menu. Ordered some drinks and Edamame to start. They came out fast so we started with those. Then ordered Sesame Chicken with brown rice & broccoli. And also a Sushi roll. Both were delicious. I decided this might be my new favorite Asian restaurant.

Sushi on Hamilton?! Let’s goooo!! This is like my third time coming here and they just opened about 2 weeks ago.

Pad Thai was goooooooood! The portion size kept a big guy like me satisfied.

Tempura was great! Had the shrimp one time and the chicken another and mmmmmm!

This place was much needed in the area. We have a Chinese spot on the other block but the quality doesn’t compare to Ume. This is a true blessing and hope nothing but success!

Had the Godzilla roll today and the flavors were out of this world!
