I actually like to cook and am good at it, but cooking for one becomes tedious. I love Valley Prep. There's not one thing I haven't enjoyed. The food is delicious. The quality is top notch. So many different meals every week, it's never boring. Plus, I can keep an eye on my calorie consumption, which was one of my main goals in joining. I highly recommend Valley Prep.

First week using this service and I am loving it, the meals are quality. If you're looking for low calorie meals but do not know what is good this is a great option. It is not cheap, but the food is excellent so if you can afford a meal plan you would not regret it. Definitely excellent when you have 2 jobs and free time is short.
