Bought one of their bags on Too Good To Go. Advertised3 it as a 12 dollar item for 3.99. Get there and I get a choice of Sweet Potato Nachos or Chicken Fried Rice. Take the rice and sm immediately disappointed with the portion size. Seemed like something you would get in a grocery store for a side dish. Definitely not worth 12 dollars. After getting home and tasting it, I would barely consider it food. The chicken was so dry it was virtually inedible. The rice had no flavor except of soy sauce, and excessive of that. It was so salty. I ended up throwing out more than half the dish it was so bad. Do not buy from this company as they overinflate their prices for terrible food.

The two meals I have had so far have been just ok. Not much flavor. Taco Salad came without lettuce, and the Korean beef had clumpy stale tasting rice. I have more meals ordered, and am giving them another chance. The delivery/pick-up option is a bit unfriendly to use.

My mother moved to the area, and needed to supplement her cooking. I'm so glad I found Valley Prep for her! I order meals for her about once a month, and they just show up. A mix of the keto, bulk, and light meals. She loves the variety and flavor. She tells me she eats every last rice grain. I'm glad I can support her this way, I can't begin count how many times she has fed and provided for me!

First week using this service and I am loving it, the meals are quality. If you're looking for low calorie meals but do not know what is good this is a great option. It is not cheap, but the food is excellent so if you can afford a meal plan you would not regret it. Definitely excellent when you have 2 jobs and free time is short.
