I've been getting their low cal lunches for a few weeks and i've been so happy with the quality, flavor, and price. Also love not having to think about what to get or make for lunch every day.
The food is fresh, tastes great, and I always feel satisfied when I'm finished, too. I've been on the low calorie dinner plan for about a month and it's helped me lose almost 20 pounds. Highly recommend Valley Prep!
Food is tasty and delivery is good. I like the 3 times a week. So far I haven't seen enough fruits and veggies. Perhaps is how I ordered, but I like having a local company providing meals of the day without any hassle. Sure makes life easier around shopping and meal planning, even though I like to cook. Esp. nice in the winter with iffy weather.
