Old School pup with The greatest food. I'm an after work guy few beers and roll out.. Fascinating Bob Volpe is the quiet gentleman sitting at the side of the bar.. He is a bit of a local legend. He has more experience and knowledge of life than you can ever think possible. Bob doesn't talk to many people If you're privileged enough to get to know him. Mind-blowing what this gentleman has accomplished and what real life stories you will hear. Jamie is his daughter in-law who runs the day to day. Can't ask for a sweeter girl with a crazy sence of humor and pretty as witty. The food Is Dynamite Not an average bar. Local hangout. Yet Mr Volpe should franchise That great of an establishment.. Should you walk in cruise around this sports bar look at the pictures Legends made this legacy.

Cheap beer, great food, and amazing service! I live in NC now and you can’t find places like this. The bartender Mike provided great hospitality and I can’t wait to come back when I’m in town again!!

This would be a better place if they didn’t close at 1am when on google it says 2am and on their door it shows 2am as well. They turn on the lights at 12:30 basically kicking everyone out. They should update that and not falsify their times
You know that bar that takes you back to the good ol days, but it's not a dive? This is that kind of joint. The service and food is always good. If you want to smoke a cigar, there's an outdoor section with TV's where you can do both right after a good meal. It's the "where everybody knows your name" kind of bar.
I walked in with my boyfriend and we get carded. The lady with the dirty blonde hair and glasses takes a minute or more to inspect my id tells me I look different. I don’t I just don’t have blonde hair anymore. She’s only making eye contact with my boyfriend and talking to him only and when I contribute she ignores me and keeps talking to my boyfriend. Then I ask for slushies and she lets me try them. I end up without intending to, trying four slushies you guys have but each time I ask, I ask politely because I’m not sure if it’s okay. We get to the fourth one and she yells out “Oh my god.” She then proceeds to pour me a sample. She tells me that normally no one is going to let me try all of them. I told her she can just tell “no” when I ask if I can try, instead of letting me try all of them. Her response was “I know but no one’s here it’s just me” if I try all of them once then I’m going to know what they taste like and never need to sample them again. I choose my flavor and she passive aggressively throws the straw down. I take my drink and my boyfriend leaves a tip.

The worst bar in the west end. I walk in there was two people there. Lame so I leave, go get food. Come back and the bar tender tells me I’m cut off. No reason I never even got a drink there. I will never step foot in that place again.
