very disappointed nothing but grass and apples in my apple pecan chicken salads today and ordered 2 of them as usual..... tried to tell manager that a chance to rectify the situation tomorrow by repacing them would be fine with me but they won't answer the phone after my 4 attempts to call them. Wxtremely disappoited as this loyal customer is always fine and dandy with all wendy serves over the last decades since they first oened locations in the greater lehigh valley area ............read full review

Wendy's offers great service, food, and atmosphere with bilingual staff. The chicken sandwiches are well-made with crispy bacon, perfect amount of toppings, and cooked to perfection. The employees are kind and attentive. Located in a safe area with easy parking, it's considered one of the better Wendy's in the Lehigh Valley.
The food may take a little longer to prepare, but it's definitely worth the wait. The workers are always super friendly, patient, and welcoming, which makes the experience much more enjoyable. It's clear the staff puts in the effort to make sure everything is right, and their positive attitude really stands out. This place recently has gotten so much better!
