If I could give this place a 0 I would order lunch from here the person that answers has me repeat myself ten times only to get my order wrong and charge me for something I didn’t ask for and tells me there is nothing she can do cause she is too ignorant to know how to do a refund so I basically have to eat the cost for her mistake unfreaking real then makes me repeat my card number 10 more times cause she couldn’t get the number right there was no language barrier cause I was speaking in Spanish to her which I speak very well the food is ok but the service and staff suck when she basically told me I have to eat the cost of her error basically I told he that’s ridiculous and like her coming to my store for food and me giving her shit on a plate for sure will never order from here again I don’t need anyone spending my money for me 1 dollar 2 dollars 3 4 or 5 my money is my money how dare you

Nice place and area coming from Long Island NY. The rice my girlfriend her daughter and I ordered must have been sitting there since early in the morning. It actually looked like we were the first ones to ask for it. Kind of hard and dry. The beef we had with it was very good. Doesn't seem like they get enough traffic to keep making fresh food.

I ordered a Bandera for 80 dollars, I asked that they add pork rinds, boneless and boneless chicken, ear and salted meat, unfortunately they only added 10 pieces of ear and a lot of chicken.

AY QUE ASCO LECHONERA ! 5$ empanada !? It was not even the correct type it was advertised as. Their Pernil / Lechon is VERY salty , in the Empanadas, especially by itself. I went at 4:00pm on a friday and they had little to no empanadas then they charged me 5$ for an empanada de res , which was jamon y queso when I bit into it . The concept of the restaurant with a laundromat is smart but they can’t deliver on the product IN THEIR NAME ! I will try again in 2 months maybe it will be better then.

Save your time and money, terrible service in every way, I have been 4 times, the first time was at 7 at night, they are supposed to close at 10 and at 7 they already had all the plates of food collected and put away, I had to wait 30 minutes for a dish I ordered.
The other time it was at 9 at night, the doors were already closed. they didn't let us in
I went back again for some chicken empanadas around 7 as well and I had to wait for them to be made because they already picked up everything, the woman who works there screamed and insisted that there was no chicken, that there was no chicken and that there was no chicken until a man, I guess one of the bosses saw us leaving empty handed and asked us why we were leaving, and we told him, he found it strange, he came in and checked and if there was chicken and he ended up sending me to make the empanadas
When they made the empanadas, they had pieces of casing and a wooden stick that I don't know where it came from, it made me so sick that I didn't finish eating.
The last time I went, and the last chance I gave them, I bought a fried food for 25 pesos and it had pieces of aluminum and strands of hair. I'm not going back to that place

I wanted to call health control after seeing the lack of hygiene, women with hair without caps, touching food without gloves, hair in the food, completely horrible. Avoid this place!
Every time I have gone it is a show with them, the food is always unhygienic. This was the straw that broke the camel's back when I saw hair in the food I let pieces of covers and wood get into the food but that's it. I'M NOT COMING BACK. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Good food but terrible service! I placed an order online on May 26 that cost me 35.95 and I canceled after 10 minutes and never got my money back. I call and call and they tell me the manager is never in business! They are thiefs! I recommend that if you order, you order in person. Here is proof of my receipt. It's June 14 and I still haven't gotten my money back!
