I usually enjoy getting food from OIP and have had good experiences in the past, but this time was disappointing. I went to pick up a pizza and breadsticks, and when I got home, I found a staple baked into one of the breadsticks. It was a serious safety concern—especially if someone hadn’t noticed and taken a bite. I reached out to let them know, but I hope they take this incident seriously and check their food prep process more carefully. I’m not sure if I’ll be back any time soon.

Food was good, the servers were very nice, but service was extremely slow. Like an hour wait for Stromboli slow. It was not busy. A little over priced in my opinion. We didn't complain, we waited, ate, paid and left. If you're in a hurry, not the place to go or call ahead. We were on a family trip and were hungry. Again, the food was good and the servers very nice.

My first time ordering from here and my last. I ordered a cheese cosmo over the phone, and I asked them if I could have everything with tomatoes and peppers on the side. When I got my order (it was brought back to me by a co-worker so I wasn't able to get it fixed) there was nothing on the hoagie but cheese, and the cheese was cold! The bread barely looked toasted, and there was nothing on the side, no peppers, tomatoes. I was really looking forward to this and yea...never again. It's like they stuck it in the oven for 10 seconds.

I ordered soup tonight for dinner and paid $7 for potato bacon soup with a piece of bread. The cup was only half full! My assumption is the soup was almost gone and instead of saying anything or calling us back to say it was gone I was given the last of the pot. 1 potato in it and no bacon. If that's not the case and this is what $7 bucks gets you then I'll save my money.
Good pizza. Our business orders from them often. Have never been disappointed. Always tastes good and always ready to pick up when we get there. Place is very clean and the staff has always been very friendly.

I can't rate the food, after 1 hour and 15 minutes all we got salad and iced tea, the atmosphere was okay, the service worst we've ever had. When we asked about our order, we got blank stares and an "oh yea" from the guy in the back. They asked if we wanted our spaghetti and meatballs to go... We're traveling, how do you eat spaghetti and meatballs while you drive? Won't give this place a second chance.

When we got there, we were not waited on for a while. The current waitress kept walking past us and did nothing. When I went to the counter to ask for menus the lady working behind the counter asked the waitress if she helped us and I spoke up and said no and stated I was just about to ask you for menus because we have been sitting here awhile. The lady behind the counter apologized and stated she probably didn’t see us when we all knew the waitress did. The lady from the counter then took our order immediately and continued to serve us. She was great! The food took forever to come out but I can say my Stromboli tasted amazingly good! My friend got fries and they came out cold. He sent them back and they came out no different. He also ordered prime rib not knowing it was a sub because it didn’t state it was one on the menu so he was shocked when he received his order. He didn’t like it as well. So moral of story, be prepared to wait over a hour for your food, Stromboli is a win, and the one waitress needs to go!

Hats off to the cook, i mean i think he's a co-owner, the person was so kind, even though it was Christmas eve & they were about to close. Every other store in the town was closed. This pizza person offered us to make us a pizza to go ?. It was a pure blessing that we found this store and met these people. We were on the way to Canada from the USA .
