Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle is the greediest company ever. App screwed up and sent my food to this wrong location, so I was charged for food I didn’t receive. This happened on 12/21/2024 and as of today still not refunded. They keep sending emails a week apart asking the same questions on answers I’ve given to them multiple times. The food sucks too. I don’t even care about the money, just their attitude and horrible customer service left me no choice but to leave a horrid review. What an extreme waste of time.

i have to say i am devistated. I come to chipotle from a very long morning so happy to aquire my burrito bowl. About 10 bites in, i glance down at my food, specifically the lettuce. What do i see you may be asking?? A FLY INFUSED IN MY LETTUCE. i immediately dropped my fork and started crying. my whole meal and day ruined and had to throw away almost the entire bowl. i am now ordering panera to make up for it.

No chicken, no white rice. Dirty tables and counters. They ask if you want to wait for items not stocked in the bins. Place is a joke

Rude staff, smaller than normal portions, soggy tortilla chips, poor service, didnt include requested dressing and very both behind th3 counter and in seating area. Ill never go back to this location!

Just picked up a scheduled order for 7:10 and when I got home the bottom of the containers were soggy and the food was ice cold. Extremely disappointed in this location. Won’t be back.

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Allison Park earns a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The location is convenient, the staff are attentive, and the food is fresh and flavorful. While portions feel a bit small for the price, it’s still a worthwhile stop for a quick bite or a casual dinner.

Stopped in to get some burritos with my son. Out of chips, soda machine out of syrup, 7 people working and only 1 person making and serving food while also running the register. The guy making the burritos skipped stuff and I had to specifically ask him to back up and add them. Gave super small portions and gave us half seasoned chicken because they ran out of seasoning and sauce for the chipotle chicken. Asked for large fountain drinks and he handed us medium cups and walked away to make stuff for he next customer. Left me to pay without offering any receipt or confirming anything went through. Place was also a mess.

This location acts like it’s hard to get decent help. Months and months and still the same issues. Every time I order on the app and get EXTRA rice it’s just a normal portion. Every time, like amount of rice you give is coming out of the employees paycheck. It’s the cheapest thing you serve and you can’t even give extra when asked. Unfortunately it’s the only one in the area otherwise I would never go.

Messy and skimped my double chicken extra everything bowl so it only filled up half the bowl. If I’m spending 15$ I’d expect it to be loaded
