This place is by far the dirtiest Chipotle in the Pittsburgh area..every time I go there theres dirty tables food all over the floor sticky pop on the metal by the fountain drinks area, its really a huge mess there..also for some reason every time im there they never have the grilled peppers and onions..the meat and chicken is always burnt or stuck to the metal bins..food and other debris are all over the bins and food and waste on the kitchen floor just about every time im there..the staff are friendly but the the dirtyness is not friendly..they need new managers there..

If I could give no stars I would. I'm not sure why this location can't get online orders accurate. Ordered a steak salad... I maybe had 3 pieces of steak and lettuce was non existent. The bottom of the bowl was also a puddle from not draining the liquid from the different toppings - I didn't add any dressing. Do yourself a favor and order in person if you go to this location so you can see how they make it.

John was by far the rudest employee. Extremely rude and abrasive towards my family and myself. John ruined the experience after spending $75. other young men working were very polite and kind.

The food at this location is good. However, each time I go in there, usually 2:30 pm to 3, there are no clean tables or counter, the floors have food and debris on them, even the windows are dirty! There are lots of employees that seem to be standing around talking…just wish they would be cleaning up as they chat?! I’m hoping this restaurant makes it because I do enjoy the food. There seems to be a few people cooking most of the time and the service is good as there are only a few customers when I am there, I just wish they would stay on top of the dining room.

Yesterday evening I decided to eat at Chipotle for the first time. I ordered online since I work nearby.For being the only person in there, no one greeted me even after I said 'hello' first.I'm not sure if they are all this nasty, but the place was a mess... unswept floor both in kitchen area and dining area, crumbs on every surface, soda machine out of ice.Chips were soft. Burrito was okay, but eating it in a disgusting environment was not so good.It was my first and last visit to ANY Chipotle. Wouldn't be surprised if rats come out at night judging by the conditions.

Picked up four rice bowls for dinner for my family. Walking into the restaurant there weren't any customers. Mind you it was dinner time and they were out of everything. I ordered carnitas that was the only choice they offered at dinner time. Restaurant seemed dirty, the service was terrible. The workers literally throw your food like it's slop. Every time I eat at a chipotle I wonder why I spent my money on this garbage! I hope I don't get sick from the cold carnitas that I ordered. The owner must be a rich person that could care less about the place from the looks of the terrible reviews!
