I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jersey Mike's and was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Bill and Grace. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and a friendly attitude that made me feel welcome. Bill was incredibly efficient and attentive, ensuring that my order was prepared exactly to my liking. Grace's positive energy and attention to detail were evident in the way she managed the counter and interacted with customers. Together, they make a fantastic team and truly enhance the dining experience. Their dedication and hard work are evident, and they are a credit to Jersey Mike's. Awful employees , dirty place and horrible service. Waited for 20 minutes at lunch and my sandwich was never made. They also lost another customers take out order. I told them people cannot wait forever at lunch time and the punk worker gave me a stupid comment while he did NOTHING. The clowns working there have big mouths and I left with nothing. DO NOT GO HERE.

Order a BLT off doordash and didn't ask for mayo. Got mayo anyways. Unable to my meal and wanted money.

We don't have a Jersey Mike's where we live, so when I get into town for work I always stop here! This visit was a terrible disappointment for me! We walked in and all 3 employees were sitting at a table on their phones!!! 1 of them sighed because they had to get up to take our order! My 1st thought was to leave and go to Arby's! The most irritating thing is there is dirt and trash all over the floor, every table was filthy dirty and there was no soap in one of the restrooms!!! After taking pictures of some of the dirt the employees got irritated asking what the problem was and after pointing it out and asking who the manager was 1 guy said several of us are, getting ticked because I was taking pictures! Every single person there today should be fired! Worst part was they don't even see the problem and telling me to just leave!!!! Guess I'll cross this place off my list!!!! NO accountability! Ever! The last time I was here it was the same and my wife asked them to clean a table and the kid tried handing her the rag, wasn't a good move!

Went in during lunch time. I ordered a sandwich that was the same sandwich someone else ordered online and they were busy so the guy just used that as my sandwich. So I didn't get to pick a different kind of bread.The sandwich was average at best. 1st time here. I wouldn't go

Generally I get good service & food at this location. Tonight 1/10/24 - it was terrible the toppings looked old / the restaurant was quite dirty considering 4 workers having a social pow wow upon entering - all of which is fine I go to jersey mikes for the best food. Unfortunately on this date the food was quite bad - I’m fairly sure the cutter is set to a thinner setting compared to other jersey mikes locations that I go to, this greatly changed the flavor of the sub but by far the worst part was the bread I ordered a giant club on wheat - the server gentleman would had to of felt the bread when making the sandwich - it was not edible the bread was rock hard I peeled the toppings off & ate them without the bread - perhaps I can drive some nails later with this giant wheat hammer I now have. Very disappointed I would be served such a thing that chunk of bread shoulda been tossed & never served to a customer,
