Jersey Mikes Im so mad you have me writing a hate review. Usually this is my favorite place i can go to knowing i'll be left happy. today I was already having a rough day and I got my usual order (I even got a giant which I never do). the bread was stale and there was maybe a single layer of topping. all i was basically eating was stale bread. I also want to note that i had it delivered, so if employees just don't care about making sandwiches when the customer is not right in front of them then they need to fix that. stop being so stingy, and treat them the same. its like $16 for a giant, make it worth it. I understand if its busy things can get crazy, but also.. do better. where is nick when i need him, he's amazing. thank you for wasting my money and ruining my day jersey mikes

Best Jersey Mike’s ever. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was so friendly and greeted me like they knew me forever. Everyone had a smile on their face and was making everyone feel welcome. There was clear synergy between the team working here.

Funny story. I typically get a Chipotle Cheesesteak every time I go to Jersey Mikes. It’s been a few months, I was having a long day at work, and I forgot my typical order when I approached the register.

One of the guys at the register asked me what I wanted. I responded with “Umm.. what do I want..” and Nick, who was on the line, looks at me and goes “ This guy wants a cheesesteak!”.

I started busting out laughing because it was actually what I wanted. Then, the guy the cash register looks at me again and asks, “What kind of cheesesteak do you want?” I look at the menu, say “I don’t know”, and he goes “Uh oh… ok. You want a Chipotle Cheesesteak”. I said “Yes! That’s what I always get!”. A girl working the line looks at me and says “We make subs and read minds for a living”.

At this point, we were all cracking up in disbelief, and it was just such an awesome experience before I even got my food. It was so great to be in the energy of others that work hard and have fun at work.

The sub was fresh and amazing. While I was eating, I noticed there were multiple other people that were coming in to pick up DoorDash orders, etc. and again, you’d think the staff knew these customers forever by the way they treated them, and made them feel at home.

I will definitely be back to this Jersey Mike’s. 10 stars from me!

I stopped by early evening for a Jersey Mike's steak sub take out. The service was friendly and the food was hot and delicious. I never had an issue with this location. I enjoy the food and service!

Always fast and tastes good. Even better this location is full of young folks who are energetic and always having a good time. Vibes are really solid here. Look forward to it every time.

Went in to get a sub around 8:30 and couldn’t get anything hot because they were cleaning the grill. Sad……. :(

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jersey Mike's and was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Bill and Grace. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and a friendly attitude that made me feel welcome. Bill was incredibly efficient and attentive, ensuring that my order was prepared exactly to my liking. Grace's positive energy and attention to detail were evident in the way she managed the counter and interacted with customers. Together, they make a fantastic team and truly enhance the dining experience. Their dedication and hard work are evident, and they are a credit to Jersey Mike's. Highly recommend visiting this location to experience their outstanding service!

Awful employees , dirty place and horrible service. Waited for 20 minutes at lunch and my sandwich was never made. They also lost another customers take out order. I told them people cannot wait forever at lunch time and the punk worker gave me a stupid comment while he did NOTHING. The clowns working there have big mouths and I left with nothing. DO NOT GO HERE.
